MYEO: Maui Vineyard Old Jail Tasting Tour

Monday, Feb. 19th, 11:15am

$30/per person

Transportation additional

It takes 1 1/2 hour from Grand Wailea

*Adults only

For something really unique, the Old Jail Tasting is an exclusive look at grape growing and wine making here on Maui. We grow six varietals on 23 acres on the southern slopes of Haleakalā, where grape growing is full of interesting challenges, beautiful distinctions, and wines that represent it all.

This is an intimate but casual, semi-private tasting set in the historic “Old Jail”, a stout stone building that once served as captain James Makee’s private office. While the wines offered in the Old Jail frequently change, the tasting will always include 4 distinctive wines and small taste pairings that enhance your palate. This is where you’ll taste a limited lineup that can include unreleased wines, library releases, special bottlings and sometimes even wine club exclusive bottlings that are not available in the King’s Cottage Tasting Room.

*Anyone under the age of 21 is not allowed into the Old Jail building, including infants and young children.
